Administrative Assistant

• Starting: As soon as possible (flexible start date)
• Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Contract Type: 2 years

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff
• Act as the school's Toddle (Learning Management System) specialist, supporting setup, maintenance, and family onboarding
• Support student and school documentation, including transcripts, records, and course coordination, and liaison with the parent teacher organization
• Assist with attendance, front office processes, and daily cash management
• Organize substitute coverage during staff absences
• Maintain and update content on the school website, intranet, and newsletter, and manage photos for school publications and marketing materials

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus)
• Comfortable working independently with digital tools and platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Collaborative team player with a proactive, service-oriented mindset
• Prior administrative or communications experience is an advantage
