Join us at Siemens Energy in Cuxhaven, where you will coordinate HR activities that make a real difference in our business. Imagine providing qualified advice on a wide range of HR topics while building trustful relationships with employees and managers. You will be a recognized partner, proactively shaping these relationships and contributing to the negotiation of company agreements. Your efforts will support local activities that foster a vibrant company culture, and you will play a key role in communicating effectively with executives and employees through various channels. Take ownership of special projects in close alignment with the Senior HR Business Partner on site and help us lead the change in renewable energy!
How You'll Make an Impact

Coordinate the HR activities for the production site located in Cuxhaven and contribute to effective employer communication onsite
Provide qualified advice on a wide range of standard topics as well as individual solutions in close and trustful cooperation with employees and managers
Shape proactive relationships with managers and employees, becoming a recognized partner in the business
Support the implementation of company agreements and contribute to cross functional projects
Support local initiatives that foster a positive company culture and enhance employee engagement
Understand the business agenda, commercially, culturally and strategically and help shape the culture and values of the organization and bring these to life within the business going forwards

What You Bring

A related academic degree and several years of relevant HR operational experience, including previous experience with Workers Councils
Experience in international, customer-focused organizations of comparable scale and complexity
Fluent skills in German and English (Speaking and writing)
Problem solving capability with a "can do" attitude and customer service orientation
Hands-on experience and technical savviness
Someone capable of finding solutions, creating and establishing processes
